GI3 send the request to SMS Gateway using a provided webservice 3. SMS Gateway catch the request and start the process to send the SMS to Representative by Cell Phone Company. 5. SMS Gateway identify, process and invoke a service from GI3 to place an order. 4. Representative read the SMS and answer the message.. 6. GI3 process the order.
