Sponsor Ballot Recirculation on IEEE P802.16j/D7 (23 Oct. – 7 Nov., 2008) 152 Approve, 5 Disapprove, 12 Abstain, 169 in total Approval Ratio = 96.8% <- Approval Condition Met, pending comments resolutions Improved from the previous one: (130 App., 14 Disapp., 11 Abs., 155 in total, 90% Approval Ratio) 53 Comments submitted (4 from Sponsor Ballot, 49 from WG) 32 Editorial (no Disapproval Condition) 20 Technical (incl. 1 as Disapproval Condition) 14 Contributions (incl. one on Rev2 Alignment) In parallel, the ad-hoc team has worked for rev2 alignment, lead by Gamini and to be presented by Ken. 8 Motions expected to come at Relay TG Closing 1.To authorize the Technical Editors to revise the draft (P802.16j/D7) to accommodate the comment resolutions in 802.16-08/055 or latest. 2.To authorize the TG Chair to request the working group approve P802.16j/D8 as revised draft and to proceed to the EC’s conditional approval for RevCom Submittal, assuming the Rev2 Completion. Motions expected to come at 802.16WG Closing 1.To approve P802.16j/D8 (to be issued by the Relay TG Editors) as the revised working group draft and to authorize the WG Chair to proceed to EC’s conditional approval for RevCom submittal, assuming the Rev2 Completion.
