Reform of the Types of State Financial Control Today Envisaged by the Project Inspection Examination of Public Procurement State Financial Audit Inspection, including analysis of the situation with implementation of functions and assignments imposed on subordinate entity according to legislation, preparation of proposals as for optimization of its activity, reorganization (liquidation) Financial Investigation as a complex of measures to investigate specific facts of violation of legislation with the goal of detecting circumstances and reasons for such violations and finding the guilty ones

Removing Existing Limitations in the Activity of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine The need of preliminary notification about conducting planned audit Legislative limitation of the terms of conducting planned and unscheduled audits The need to get judicial decision to conduct unscheduled audit and extension of the term of conducting audit Legislative limitation of periodicity of conducting audits

4. Improving the Rights of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine  It is envisaged to have a right to seize the original documents that are evidence of violation of law, with the inventory and making copies of such documents for inspected entities  It is envisaged to have a right to seal billing office, warehouses and archives till complete elimination of violations  The right is established to cancel operations at the bank accounts in case of obstacle to conduct state financial control  The rights of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine are specified on recourse to a court to eliminate the detected violations  It is suggested to give a right to define amount of detected losses inflicted to the state (territorial community) or the inspected entity at the legislative level according to established procedure
