5. The National Sailing Academy in Neusiedl am See at Lake Neusiedl is our host. This venue was host of many international events such as the ISAF World Sailing Games 2006 or the 420 Worlds 2012. The lake is known for constant wind and perfect conditions for sailing, windsurfing and kiteboarding. The National Sailing Academy is the perfect place to host the championship: on the edge of the lake with modern facilities for the championship, ample boat park and launching ramps and a launching site from the flat, sandy beach.

12. Lake Neusiedl restrictions Lake Neusiedl is an UNESCO World Heritage site and strict natural preservations laws do apply. For the championships and training before the championships the OA will issue permits to drive on the lake.
