2 Effect of Ce addition alleviate the growth of metal particles improve the dispersion enhance the interaction between metal and support change the chemical environment around the active metal adjust Ce content of catalyst to abtain different ratio of Cu + /Cu 0 after reduction and correlate the ratio with C DMO &S EG data to figure out the role that Cu + &Cu 0 play in the reaction
