Home and Childcare We asked our grandparents and parents about their opinion on housewives and working mothers. We also interviewed men to see what they think about working women and whether they think they should help with the housework and childcare. During our visit to Germany in March 2008, after having presented our results in role-plays, we worked together and discussed some important points related to this topic. In conclusion, it was decided that everybody should promote the idea of gender equality among families and friends and also make sure to have a good attitude towards gender equality when growing up and having own families.

Employment We analysed the opportunities that exist for males and females in each of the participating country. We then moved on to find out whether there is any difference between salaries of males and females doing the same jobs and it transpired that in many countries women are still paid less, even if they are in the same position as men. Each participating country interviewed a male and a female police officer to find out how it is to be a woman in a male dominated job and also to establish how men feel about women doing this type of job. The results from each country were presented in power points during a visit in Sweden between the 1st and the 4th June, 2008.After that the students worked in groups to discuss related issues.
