Ratings Are Based on Performance in Three Areas: Cargo Claims Safety Performance Customer Service Scores

Measurement Categories Cargo Claims Performance Frequency of Claims Severity of Claims Safety Performance Inspections, Accidents, Hours of Service Customer Service Performance Customer surveys for all lines of business Driver Rating Program

Ratings are calculated monthly Based on 12 months of activity Minimum of 30 shipments hauled Driver must have at least 6 full months of experience Reports indicate following month’s rating Adjustments made on rating of date loaded Driver Rating Program
