35.  Most of you appeared to be disappointed by the ending of “The Monkey’s Paw”.  In your groups:  Rewrite the ending of “The Monkey’s Paw”.  What would you change? Why?  You should begin rewriting at the section of the text where Mrs. White is attempting to open the door for Herbert and Mr. White is about to make his final wish.  Be creative and use complete sentences!!
