3. Type www.login.microsoftonline.com into your internet browser.www.login.microsoftonline.com

4. Fill in the username and password that was emailed to you and sent to you as an sms

5. Ensure your username is correct as it should start with the year of your registration EG: 2016= 16 2015= 15 2014 and prior= 14 The password is BTC4321# and is case sensitive

6. Once you enter these detials it will take you to this screen. The current password is BTC4321# NOW enter ANY password of your choice but add a symbol and number to your choice please (EG: like the current password)

7. If successful it will take you back to the login page where you can now enter your NEW password and gain access.
