3. 2 Complete the ‘First Time Login’ to SCP-BAE

4. Log On to SCP-BAE for the First Time Access to SCP-BAE is controlled by Exostar’s Managed Access Gateway (MAG). If you are new to Exostar, your login credentials are sent to you by email. You must complete the ‘first time login’ procedure in order to get started. If you are the administrator for your company, you will also need to agree to the service agreement. 3

7. Fill In User ID and Passwords 6 D.Enter your user ID and system-generated password from the email that you received. E.Enter the one time password that you received from your administrator F.Click Continue D E F D

Enter a New Password 7 Password Requirements: Must be more than 8 and less than 12 characters Must include at least one number, one letter and one special character Cannot include the same character (letter or number) more than four times G.Enter a new password – this will be your login password going forward H.Click Submit G H

9. Password Reset Questions 8 I.Provide answers to four of the password reset questions. You will be asked to provide the same answers if you want to use the automated process to reset your password. Note: Answers are case sensitive if you have to provide them in the future. J.Click Submit – you will be redirected to a ‘Login Successful’ screen and then to the home tab in MAG. J I

10. Service Agreement On MAG’s home tab, you will see ‘Open Application’ or ‘View Service Agreement’. A user with the administrator role must accept the agreement one time, then all users get access to SCP-BAE. A.Click ‘View Service Agreement’ and then select ‘I Agree’ at the bottom of the agreement. A copy of the agreement is sent by email. 9 A

13. Choose to Access Supply Chain Platform – BAE 12 G.Click on the ‘Open Application’ link for Supply Chain Platform – BAE Systems. You will be redirected into the SCP-BAE application. Note: If you have data in the old general SCP site, you can still access data there as ‘view only’. G

16. Help Files in SCP-BAE The help files in SCP-BAE are organized by business process and then specific action – for example, ‘Change Your Administrator’. A.Click on the Help link which is located in the top right corner of all SCP-BAE screens. 15 B.Click the ‘+’ icons to select a topic and subtopics. C.Click on the help file name to open it. Note: The help files are in pdf format and will require Adobe Acrobat reader. A B C
