6. Registration 6  Fees are assessed and billed to student accounts in late July. Logon to ACORN to review and print your invoice – ‘Financial Account‘  PhD students in the Funded Cohort should defer their fees in ACORN. This will allow you to become Registered without making a fee payment.  Fee payments are made at your financial institution  It is the student’s responsibility to ensure all fees (tuition, incidentals, other charges) are paid before the end of the Winter session - April 30  Service charges begin to accrue on outstanding balances:  If fees have been deferred: May 2016  If fees have NOT been deferred: October 2015 http://www.fees.utoronto.ca/site4.aspx
