Guarding America - Defending Freedom Requirement Overview - WSS Optimize efficient application of CAFDEx® capabilities and functional utilization as it relates to ANG’s unique requirements/budget building process and execution Support the current Headquarters Air Force (HAF) budget process WSS associated funding and requirements determination for submission of JBooks and PB data for the AF and ANG to defend budget submissions to OSD and Congress Reduce the number of man-hours required to analyze data during the budget process 6

Guarding America - Defending Freedom Requirement Overview - WSS Knowledge of ANG Budget Requirements Process, and the CAFDEx® system applications Reconfigure CAFDEx® to enable automated database capabilities Establish user interfaces that will enable ANG management personnel to efficiently use available software to produce budgetary planning reports Manipulate budgetary databases to generate reliable responses to “what-if” scenarios Analyze data to provide cost projection and determine resource utilization effectiveness for all commodities as determined by the Resource Integration Division 7

Guarding America - Defending Freedom Requirement Overview - WSS Hardware/Software - CAFDEx® Familiar with the following software and be proficient in adapting and developing the technology within the ANG environment Centralized Access for Data Exchange (CAFDEx®) Aircraft Missiles Requirements Database (AMR) Depot Purchased Equipment Maintenance (DPEM) Funded Requirements Management (FRM) Software Requirements Application (SRA) System Requirements Maintenance Application (SRMA) Unique Item Identification (UID) Weapon System Agreement/Performance Based Outcome (WSA-PBO) Weapon System Management Support (WSMS) 8

Provide major command level data analysis capabilities within CAFDEx® to identify issues affecting the planning and execution of the ANG logistics portfolio Software and program analysis resources necessary to support in planning and executing the logistic portfolio Flying hour and non-flying hour related supply and equipment programs 10
