5. Enter directly into the Emergency Operations page, and explore …

6. Open all the folders -- see what’s there …

8. “Public” hospital diversion status page.

9. Now, to update Daily Diversion Status … a new window pop’s-up … … be sure to turn off the “pop-up blocker”.

12. Close the Diversion Status Page or return to the main page, then select an “Incident”, and “Login to WebEOC”.

13. Checking this box will bring-up the “Message Board”

14. Clicking on this box will allow you to post a message to the “Message Board”

15. Fill-in the boxes with your information …

16. … and select the level of importance for your message; then click on “Save”.

17. Your message will magically appear on the Message Board !

18. To reach the editable “Hospital Status & Update” page, check this box …

26. Complete all screens and required information (yellow fields). Don’t forget to “Save & Continue” !
