4. Family Tree Create a family tree of a Greek god or goddess. Some of the more familiar Greek god and goddesses are: Zues, Hera, Poseidon, Hades, Aphrodite, and Apollo You can use the internet to research the families of the gods and goddess.

Timeline  Create a timeline and sequence of events around the evolution of Greek mythology using the Greek gods and goddesses from the family tree that you just created.  Can you see any significant events that formed this particular family or perhaps destroyed it?  Can you pinpoint any major events in the history of Ancient Greece based on your timeline?

6. Compare and Contrast  Select two gods and goddess to compare and contrast.  Research the two.  Create a Venn Diagram to compare and contrast the two gods and goddesses you chose.  Use the Venn Diagram to create a comparison essay of the two gods and goddesses you chose.  Please upload a video of your comparison for the class.

Sparta and Athens  Read about Sparta and Athens from the chapter.  Create a Venn Diagram comparing and contrasting the two cities.  Create a real estate brochure or travel brochure of the city-state they like best.  Include advantages of living in the chosen city-state such as culture, events, recreation, athletics, schools, etc.  You may include any dangers or downside of living or traveling to the chose city-state.
