Definition of Manager O Management is defined as “the act of engaging with an organization's human talent and using the physical resources at a manager's disposal to accomplish desired goals and objectives efficiently and effectively.” (Boundless Textbook, 2016)

Simply Put Management consist of: Planning Organizing Staffing Leading/directing Controlling an organization or group of one or more individual in effort of accomplishing a goal.

# 2 Organizing O Organizing is when managers make decisions, co- ordinate employees and resources, that reflect the mission statement, objectives and goals that were identified in the planning function.

Discussing Strengths Weaknesses O Promotes a two-way communication O Goals are easily established through brainstorming O Decisions are made collaboratively O Vocal employees can easily hijack and control the process O Works only where there are opportunities to enforce to influence answers to questions O Manager can easily sway opinions to his advantage
