1. Dice the tofu, chicken breast and bell peppers. 2. Beat the egg in a paper cup. 3. Drizzle some oil on a heated pan. Stir-fry the chicken breast and tofu. 4. When the tofu turns light brown, add the rice, vegetables, salt, and pepper. Keep stir-frying. 5. Make a hole at the center of the fried rice. Pour the beaten egg and scramble it, mixing it well with the fried rice. 5. Place the fried rice in a bowl and add your favorite sauce.

1. Gently wash and drain the baby greens. 2. Cut the cherry tomatoes and boiled quail eggs in half. 3. Place 1 & 2 on a plate. Add your favorite dressing. Enjoy!

Get the ingredients ready! (Prepare cooked rice, chicken breast, tofu, vegetables, an egg, oil, salt and pepper.) Chop the ingredients. (Dice the tofu, chicken breast and bell peppers. Beat the egg.)
