Recumbent Bikes Technique Adjust seat so that knee is slightly bent Begin pedaling and press “Start” Use bottom “Up” and “Down” buttons next to “Start” for resistance 10+ Safety Pace Not a pedaling competition!!

Elliptical Technique Press “Start” button Use level numbers on side to increase resistance When finished, press and hold “Stop” to reset Allowed to use fan Safety Pacing and rhythm Keep feet on platforms

Treadmill Technique Stand w/ one foot on each side of treadmill Press “Go” button and begin walking Gradually increase speed and/or incline Press “Stop” to stop the treadmill and hold “Stop” to reset Allowed to use fan Safety/Restrictions Pace 6mph 2% incline

Moon Walker Technique Newest piece of equipment Hold onto handles Put waist against padding and lean slightly forward Keep feet flat and pressed against pedals Do not bend knees ABL Safety HOLD ONTO HANDLES Do not lean back
