What are you doing that is stopping the situation from getting worse? Can you tell me about a time when you were able to cope well? How did you do that? Could you do any of that now?

Session 3 June 201111 Reframing A technique that finds new and positive ways to view problem behaviour by looking at the characteristics which might be used to advantage Example: Bossiness reframed can be viewed as having some leadership potential if utilised in the correct manner.
