European aggregates association, ERMCO, CEMBUREAU Proposed by Luxinnovation (National Agency for Innovation and Research) Progroup is a consulting & engineering company very much engaged in achieving the circular economy transition in the construction sector. ProGroup plans to build new constructions based on CE principles in the city of Wiltz, future Luxembourgish hotspot for the circular economy. The interest of Progroup in the Hiser project would be to learn from the project but also to share their own experience with the members of the consortium. Progroup The Luxembourg Institute for Science and Technology is also very much interested in the project.
