1 Quick Tips for Graphics Inserting Graphics From File 1. Click the Insert Menu. 2. Select Picture, and then click From File. 3. Navigate to the desired file and click on the picture. 4. Click Insert. Aligning Graphics/Objects 1. Hold the CTRL key down and click on the objects you want to align 2. Select the Draw tool in the Drawing Toolbar. 3. Move the mouse over the rotation handle at the top of the picture until you see the rotating tool icon. 3. Click the mouse and rotate left/right to rotate. Moving Graphics 1. Move the mouse to the middle of the graphic. 2. Click and drag to move the graphic. The cursor will be a 4 sided arrow before move the picture. Special Notes: Align Graphics 1.
