1 Year 12 – People in Business Unit 2 Motivation at Waitrose

2 TASK Design and write a booklet entitled “Rewards and Benefits”, which is to be given to new members of staff at Waitrose, as part of their induction. This should explain to them the way in which the company looks after and motivates their employees. You are going to use each of the staff as a case study and should look at the differences between perks given to different levels of staff.

It doesn’t matter whether you are explaining the general methods of motivation or specific methods for each member of staff you explain all using the same methods. Different methods of motivation work in different ways. Work through an example as a class P- make your point -E- explain your point -E- Effect-
