8. 1. Glucocorticoids: Synthesis of glycogen 2. Mineralocorticoids : Metabolism of minerals 3. Gonadocorticoids: Development of sex gland, gonads, secondary sex characters. 4. Epinephrine: Increases heart rate, blood pressure and decreases urine production. 5. Norepinephrine : Maintains normal blood pressure.

9. Thymus Gland It situated in the upper part of the chest made up of two lobes Thymosin : Formation of lymphocyte and antibody and deposition of minerals in the bones.
