3. MEMBER OF THE UNITED STATES SENATE Must be at least 30 years old Must have been a citizen of the U.S. for 9 years Must reside in the state that they represent. Can be either Natural Born or Naturalized Citizen.

4. PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES Must be a Natural Born Citizen. Must be at least 35 years old. Must have been a resident of the U.S. for the last 14 years.

5. FLORIDA LEGISLATORS (SENATORS AND REPRESENTATIVES) Must be 21 years old Must have lived in FL for at least 2 years. Must be a resident of the district they are representing Natural Born or Naturalized Citizen

6. GOVERNOR, LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR AND CABINET MEMBERS Must be at least 30 years old. Must have lived in Florida for at least 7 years. Natural Born or Naturalized citizen of the U. S.
