6 Significant Accomplishments  Conducted 15 Alcoholic Beverage Control operations for compliance  Recruited and hired (4) new police officers  Added a Motor Officer to the Traffic Division  Added a mental health and Children and family services worker to our staff  Completed the 3 – 5 year strategic plan  Created a mentor program for all new employees  Organized citywide Active Shooter training  Social Media-Created PD Facebook page, twitter account and Instagram account

9 Goals and Objectives  Provide for a safe community and promote police conduct that is responsive and sensitive to the needs of the community  Work with local and state legislatures on public safety issues  Complete the expansion of the Emergency Operations Center  Complete the construction of the training and wellness center  Complete the Body Worn Camera pilot program
