3 1. Needs analysis for the start-up The firm was created in 2015 by two sisters Chloé and Gaelle Abollivier in Brest. C & G conciergerie was created to help the others firms, the target. They want to develop their business in Britany to grow their benefits, because C & G conciergerie is small and limited in Brest. The firm was building for the companies of all sizes : small / medium / large groups, works councils, communities… To start, a market research is important to know the expectations of the different customers ( law of the supply and demand ) and if there will be more work. Chloé and Gaelle should make advertising and communications about the brand on the net, radio, newspapers… To become famous and more effectively perform they need to hire peoples. They are looking for a team of 3 salesmen and 1 sales manager to improve their start up in Britany. The sisters have to know how much turnover do, to compensate for chargers. They have a humain ressources trouble, they have to choose from a pool of applicants or persons most likely to succeed in the job. These people have to find news customers, to convince the other firms to work with C & G conciergerie. These companies will be futures customers for C & G conciergerie.

4 2. Job analysis CG Conciergerie is a small companie of 2 worker who are the entrepreneur too. Its a well business and the demand involved. So in this case the small company need to progress first by communicate about the activity to the other companies and need to found new contract. That why a team of salesman is required with a sales manager. Their job will consist to found new customer with the goals to prospect in all Britany. The growth of the activity is the objective for in term employed new concierge,

5 3.1 Job description SALES REPRESENTATIVE Title : sales representative Department : Saler department Purpose of job : promote the brand ans the service to prospect Specific duties/ principal mission : Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs. Developt the Customer portfolio :  Present, promote and sell product/services ising solid arguments to existing and propestive customers  Establish, develop and admintain positive business and customer  Analyse the territory/market’s potentil, track sales and status reports  Targeting and prospecting new customer (date meeting, sending mail, calling prospect)  Supply managment with report on customer needs problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new product and services  Negotiate Price, Quantity, shedule, propose other sevices  Write and sign the contract Competences : Proven working experience as a sale representatives Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Good in relationship Driving licence

6 2016-7-2 3.2 Job description MANAGER TItle : sales manager Department : sales department Purpose of job : manage sales activities Job duties / principal mission:  Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming o accelerate growth  Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementng marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results  Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.  Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.  Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers  Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit  Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminar  improved presentation strategies, competitivestrategies, proper use and level of sales  support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on  contracts.  establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade showexpenses  Holds regular meeting with sales staff Competences / qualification : A university degree in marketing or business studies 5 yearsof related experience Problem-solving and analytical skills to interprate sales performance and market trend information Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team Oral and written communication skills

7 4. Recruitment sources : external recruitment « Pôle Emploi »: this is an agency in contact with people looking for a job and companies. It connects them when the criteria sought by the company correspond with the job seeker person Website: there are many websites specialized in the job offers on the internet, they can publish the announcements and then receive the CV and cover letter to interested people, it allows the company C & G to have a filter through websites Job ads in universities: C & G wants to recruit salesmen, they can ask to the schools with which it could be a partner, and publish ads particularly in business schools or specialized in the sale, this would correspond mainly to the manager offer. Newspaper: they publish a lot of offers for the companies, it's a way to be seen by everyone because many people still watch ads on newspapers
