Districts preparing for online testing New staff who will have responsibilities for online testing Technology Coordinators using the Full-Length Sample Test to ensure that sites are ready for online testing (Site Readiness) What is the Training Center? The Training Center is designed to provide opportunities for practice and training on using PearsonAccess to set up and manage online testing. It also provides an option to deliver Item Samplers to students in TestNav.

Editing student data in the Training Center never updates real student records in the PeasonAccess Live Site or in MARSS. To create sample students, first change the current organization to the school you wish to add students to.

All rights reserved. 11 Registering Students in the Training Center New Students added must be registered before they can be added to test sessions. Select the Test Management tab and click “Register Students” to locate new students. The following steps will complete registration: Registered Student Record, Assign Groups, and Assign Tests

Select item samplers to use as the test to be administered with students or for staff training. –Item Samplers can also be delivered via the standalone Item Sampler/ePAT Launcher software. Technology staff can select the Full-length Sample Test to check software and network configuration.
