7. It’s finally time to start … Thompson’s Holiday Club! Holiday Caroling Club Information 2015 Thompson’s Holiday Club starts on Tuesday, November 17 th, after school in the choir room! Don’t miss the chance to learn how to go caroling with your friends! See Mrs. Kleinmaier for details

8. Character Counts! Pillar of the Month: CARING Be yourself, everyone else is taken! It is important that we know and care about ourselves before we can have mature, connected relationships with others. Many times, teenagers try to be like others rather than trying to figure out who they really are. Don’t think you know who you are yet? Try this: Write down 3 lists of words that describe who you are. Make a column of Nouns (sister/brother, son/daughter), Descriptive Words (happy, tall, funny) and Verbs (plays games, likes routine, swims). You probably know more about yourself than you thought! 12. SIGN A HOLIDAY CARD @ LUNCH Student Council will set up a table at lunch for you to sign a card for our Veterans. These cards will go to Veterans in nursing homes to brighten their spirits this holiday season. Please stop by and sign one during your lunch or at our basketball games!
