Self identifying as a carer – still an issue for many Lack of access to services in the community Getting the information to carers on all issues that affect them including housing Allow those receiving State Pension to also receive Carer’s Allowance One stop shops for information and advice Coming up with some solutions

Questions for discussion: 1.How should the social care Green Paper address the housing needs of carers of people at end of life? 2.How can we ensure that the three strategies actually work together? 3.What else are carers of people at end of life concerned about?
