For that, we think about water treatment plant which is activate by solar energy, it is expensive, but the solar energy, in Terracivis would be very lucrative.

If all the people begin to have diseases and die, there won’t be enough doctors, medicines or medical equipment, so more people will die, but this doesn’t mean that the population will decrease; the birth rate will also raise, because people won’t have enough money to control pregnancy, but without medicines the child death rate will also raise.

Another important measure is to raise people's living standards.
