Supplier and Contract Management System (SCMS) been procured by Leeds on behalf of the Y&H region A regional web based solution fully funded by the Y&H CoE for a 5 year period Available to all 22 Councils in the Y&H region (plus any other public service contracting body (e.g. Police, Fire etc) The System

SCMS is designed to replace any existing approved list databases that Councils in the region use Existing data has been transferred (approved list data, contracts awarded etc) System use is not mandatory, but it is hoped the benefits will be obvious Developments
