3.  Supplier and Contract Management System (SCMS) been procured by Leeds on behalf of the Y&H region  A regional web based solution fully funded by the Y&H CoE for a 5 year period  Available to all 22 Councils in the Y&H region (plus any other public service contracting body (e.g. Police, Fire etc) The System

4.  SCMS is designed to replace any existing approved list databases that Councils in the region use  Existing data has been transferred (approved list data, contracts awarded etc)  System use is not mandatory, but it is hoped the benefits will be obvious Developments
