Initial Assessment of Needs Our Customers need.. A solution that helps them start things earlier Reduce the instant gratification of distraction and align the reward of starting immediately Could allow users to more easily feel the importance of the given task Help them reduce the perceived difficulty of a task

Further Questions: Verify validity of the cycle of procrastination? “Is this a habit or is this who I am?” (Are some personalities more prone to procrastination?)
