4 life in the land of the dead Dead man/woman…under wrath Ephesians 2 verse 3b ‘…Like the rest, we were by nature objects of wrath.’

5 identity influencers & thieves #1. The ‘spirit of this age’ 2:1. As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2:2. in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world

6 Galatians 1 verse 3 & 4 3. Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, 4. who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father,

11 the spiritual dis-ease of sin Sin is a dis-ease of the soul, being out of alignment with God We were created a ‘living soul’ to be in relationship with God (Genesis 2 verse 7)

15 life in the land of the living Ephesians 2 verse 4&5 4. But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5. made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions — it is by grace you have been saved.
