1. Work on establishment of Training Center “Emergency Response” (TC ER) at MIPK In 2002, the works on improvement of the training and advanced training of the emergency and rescue units of Rosatom were started. In 2002-2003, IBRAE RAN conducted pilot training courses and exercises on emergency response. Decision on establishment of a training center for the management and leading specialists of emergency and rescue units of Rosatom facilities has been made as a result of generalization of this experience. The main objective of the center is to introduce the best international experience and modern forms of education based on computer technologies into the training process.

2. Directions of Works Renovation of rooms. Equipping of the center (computer classes, situation hall, conference hall, technical rooms)

6. Practical results In 2004-2005, 5 training courses were organized at TC ER. Over 100 managers and leading specialists of Rosatom facilities have received training. Certification of the leaders of emergency and rescue units of the facilities is being carried out on the basis of training programs developed in cooperation with the DOE since 2005. Over 30 managers and leading specialists of the facilities were certified as managers of emergency and rescue works.
