The erosion of organisational boundaries How is this erosion happening in terms of Technology? Personnel? How does an organisation best position itself with surrounding digital businesses and communities? What types of tasks may take place inside and outside of an organisation and why? The interaction between organisations and online crowds What is the wisdom of crowds and what is it that makes some crowds wise and others not wise? What are the different forms of crowdsourcing that exist and what are the advantages/disadvantages of each? Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs) How and why are DFDs used during analysis and design and how does this fit together with other analysis and design techniques? How and why are DFDs structured across different levels? When might different levels be used during analysis and design? Draw either a context-level (just external entities) or level 1 DFD (sub-processes and data stores) for some narrative
