Technical Requirements Information and documentation: Technical Documentation of Components (TDC) Generic document that the contractor shall submit to CERN approval prior to any manufacturing or procurement of each type of component; Shall be issued: during the implementation phase of the contract for any type of component foreseen in the Tender, at any time during the operational phase of the contract for any new type of component requested by CERN.
