9. Steps 1. Roll a slab and cut out a tile using a pattern tile 2. Let tile dry to leatherhard 3. Apply 3-4 coats of Mayco Stroke & Coat glaze (tall, skinny, squeeze bottles) 4. Let glaze dry 5. Transfer design to tile (optional) 6. Carve through glaze to expose clay underneath (use nails or loop tools, brush away clay/glaze bits) 7. Carve initials and period on the bottom
