The Community Construction Equity Plan or “CCEP” is a bifurcated plan: 8-year Capital Construction Plan funded by the County on an annual basis 6-year Major Projects Plan which is included in the Board of Education’s Bond Resolution The 6-year Major Projects Plan address our 3 Focus Points: 27 of the 53 schools will receive additions/renovations 496 total net new Brick & Mortar seats built where growth projections require (3,398 before MCR seats accounted for) 123 total Mobile Classrooms removed / 2,902 total Mobile Classroom seats removed NOTE: This plan has been updated based on McKibben Demographic Forecast Study SCOPE – “WHAT IS OUR PLAN?”

Per Dr. McKibben – “The longer you allow things to sit, the more the problems multiply.” Finally, with 2016 being a Presidential Election, turnout in Union County is expected to be over 75%.
