7. + Homework/Grading District Policy of about 30 minutes a night - Parents may sign homework if the time allotted has been used, NOT including daily reading (20 minutes per night) 5% of the student’s grade is a homework grade, depending on the subject area and frequency 50% of every grade is the Unit Test or End of Unit Activity (district wide). Responsibility: students are responsible for their work and belongings. 24 hour Grace Period for homework – not to be abused. Long-range assignments and projects not ready on the day they are due, will be marked 10% off for each day for the first five days, but it will accepted up to ten days after the due date.
