Construction Methods Conventional Construction – Materials are cuts and assembled piece by piece on-site (stick built) Systems-Built Home – Parts are manufactured in a factory and put together on-site (modular home) Manufactured Home (Pre-fab) – House is built completely at a factory and then transported to the site-(mobile home)
