Summary Unit Weekly Activities Volume and Workload Allocations Must be Completed between Wednesday and Friday for the next week The allocations you make must closely reflect the anticipated workload in order for the model to closely project the daily earned workhours Post Schedule The model provides projected earned workhours by day and by LDC. The unit should use the CSAW projections to assist with determining the next week’s clerk/mail handler schedule. The schedule posted in CSAW should reflect the work hours by day and by LDC that are actually scheduled on the unit’s clerk/mail handler schedule that is posted on the wall for next week.
