And also the school organizes TRAINING FOR ADULTS in order to complete theirs general studies. LICEUL TEHNOLOGIC ANGHEL SALIGNY, from Braila, provides PROFESSIONAL RECONVERSION for the companies employers (one year and half) at the requirements of the companies (usually for STX RO Offshore Braila SA). Sometimes the institution organizes SHORT TRAINING COURSES (three months or six months) usually for WELDING QUALIFICATION- these courses are recognized by the Office of unemployment-Braila.

5. For the study of TIC (Technology of Information and Communication) there are two laboratories. There are also laboratories for: Electronics, Electrotechnics and Automation, Mechatronics, Ship Building and Chemistry. The students from “Electrician for naval installations” have practical stages at the company including direct work on the ships.www.retec.ro

8. S.C."STX EUROPE-ELECTRO-BRĂILA (The school’s partner for the practical stages in electric field is S.C."STX ) S.C. MISTIS COMPUTERS S.R.L offers services for repairing and maintenance for computers. STX RO OFFSHORE BRAILA SA (http://www.stxeurope.com). LOCAL PARTNERSHIP WITH COMPANIES: The company S.C. ELECTRIC NAVINSTAL from Galatz provides electrical services. Liceul Tehnologic Anghel Saligny was partner of the company in: “Modern practical stages in Electrotechnics” (POSDRU/60/2.1/S/17788).

10. SCHOOL ACCREDITATIONS : Since 2007 the school is accredited as: CISCO REGIONAL ACADEMY. Academy provides the module “IT ESSENTIAL ONE”. Students from “TECHNICIAN OPERATOR IN COMPUTERS” have access to the virtual platform and exams. They study the module in the normal classes and get CISCO CERTIFICATES. Liceul Tehnologic ” Anghel Saligny” is a PILOT CENTER FOR E-LEARNING. Some teachers designed materials for the e Learning national platform. The full implementation of the system is still running. School trying to help students through action in career counseling and guidance, and some teachers organize courses outside the normal school class, in order to obtain additional competences (for example CISCO certification).
