11. Another interesting observation was made in autumn 2004. In the beginning strongly pronounced correlation is observed. Since 16 of October (point 46 on abscissa axes) Wolf's numbers has grown five times as much approximately. The parameter "a" cannot change so strongly.

12. It grew a few, but direct correlation between values of "a" and Wolf's numbers has become inverse. So, the issue does not reduce to simple correlation of parameters, but is more complicated and it requires further investigations.

14. As shown, the points form a group near strait line; it demonstrates the correlation between solar activity and parameter "B", characterizing human psycho-emotional state. points (2.29, 76), (2.98, 90), (2.99, 91) and (4.14, 94) corresponds to inverse peak.

15. Thus, it is possible to suppose the solar activity has an influence on water and human state and, probably, dynamics of the solar activity has an a great importance also.
