Purpose of PIER Work Group Provide guidance on the implementation throughout the region as well as future development of its use and integration Create and Approve Standard Operating Procedures for its use around the Region Create and distribute an implementation report to regional PIER partners and the Regional Collaboration Committee

Transfer of Ownership Purpose – Transfer Ownership of the Centers from Fort Bend County to the Recipients – SAA Requirements – Recipient will be required to pick up future HUS (hosting, upgrade, and support fees) as well as additional Planning, Provisioning, and Training fees.

Selection of Implementation Groups Five Roll-Out Groupings of Six Sites – Grouping of sites will be approved by the committee A Place to Start (see handout) – Group 1: OEM Sites – Group 2: Schools & Private Entities – Group 3: Houston/Harris County Sites – Group 4: Smaller Cities and Remaining Houston/Harris County Sites – Group 5: Presently Unallocated Sites
