2. The Area of Research The purpose of the study is to focus on the importance of the technologies for the e-learning. This study also focuses on the need to develop an effective learning environment and use of viable technologies for e-learning. Technologies for e- learning will facilitate real-time student collaboration, enable students to access a variety of resources for learning, make it easy for students to store and retrieve data and will also play a key role in enhancing the learning process (Ren & Xi, 2005).

3. My area of focus is technologies for e- learning and integration of e-learning in the operations of our learning institution and the information will be beneficial to me in terms of enabling me to analyze different aspects of e-learning and how such aspects can be integrated in my action research proposal.

4. Determinants There are many things which affect the e- learning process like:- The availability of the educational technologies for the students. All the instruments should be reliable for the students. How much the learning process is affected by the e-learning.

5. Research Questions Can computers, calculators, videogames or other electronic gadgets really increase the attention of the children towards study? Can the students research something new and different individually with the help of the technology like computers and internet and draw necessary conclusion? By using different types of technologies can the students be engaged throughout the class?

6. Participants for the Research For this research topic I have selected different types of school children like preschool, K-12 and also in higher education institutions. I have seen that various types of electronic media are used in the schools and the parents have also the positive response to that. At this age the children are able to recognize different pictures and digits on the computer screen and can also differentiate between different types of objects.

7. How to encourage the e-learning The administration should take steps for the e- learning. The should work together for increasing the awareness about the e-learning. The parent involvement is very important for this to be successful. Students should be motivated by telling the importance of the e-learning.
