OBJECTIVES: Appreciate the role of innovation for leadership and strategic advantage. Identify the steps in the innovative process. TRAINING METHODOLOGY The workshop will be conducted in a highly practical and participative way with group activities, case studies, short lecturette, trainer-led discussions and presentation of innovation videos. Pre-prepared notes will supplement the discussions. The trainees will also be put to a pre and post tests. Additionally the program will include many innovation and creativity games.
