2. 16 years inspiring smiles, uniting hearts The University Solidary Foundation was established within the Fifth Conference of Bolivarian Alumni, which took place on the 21 st of May, 1999; starting from the commitment of the administrative staff, professors, employees and alumni, with the purpose of implementing programs that help the comprehensive development of both the internal and the external communities of the university social and human transformation.
