Phase 1 February– April, 2016 Most immediate opportunities: – UK Federal Credit Union Building (Export St.) – Reallocation of space in 115 Scovell Hall Most immediate needs addressed: – Private office space for HR Managers in T&D and STEPS – Space for Unconscious Bias trainers (3-4) – Space improvement for Compensation PAR processors and Records team – Space improvement for T & D trainers – Space for new ER Specialist Sr. – Space for additional FML coordinator – Space for additional ASA I in WC/LTD/FML team

115 Scovell Hall – moving out Benefits team relocates to: -2 nd floor of UKFCU (most) -21 Scovell Hall (1 Retirement Officer space, Benefits cabinets and 3-4 scanning team members) -Front desk team members retain front lobby seats, but will begin cross training with HR Employment front desk 115 115C 115D 115B 115A 115E

21 Scovell Hall – moving out -206 file cabinets are removed from the space through scanning project with RICOH -HR Manager and 3 Compensation Consultants move to 115 Scovell 21 21D 21C 21B 21A

103 Scovell – moving out Ward Suthon (102A) moves to 2 nd floor UKFCU -Frees up an office 104 Vault 103 102A 102B 102

103 Scovell – moving in Marty Jacks, HR Manager Employment moves into 102A Frees up 1 cubicle in 104 104 Vault 103 102A 102B 102 Vault

1 st Floor Credit Union – moving in -2 offices for Unemployment team (space in 1101 S. Limestone converted to space for FML coordinators and additional Administrative Support Associate)

115 Scovell Hall – moving in 115 becomes shared space for Comp Consulting and Career Employment -Comp and Employment HR Managers occupy two offices (115 B and 115 A) -15 cubicles for Comp and Employment -3 Compensation Consultants -4 Employment Consultants -4 Employment Specialists -2 Administrative Support Associates 1 Employment Compliance Coordinator - HR Executive Recruiter occupies what is currently a conference room (115E) -2 conference rooms remain available for team meetings or customer consultations 115 115C 115D 115B 115A 115E

109 Scovell Hall – moving out Career Employment team moves as a whole to 115 109 109A

109 Scovell Hall – moving in Space offers 8 cubicles and an office Training and Development gains additional Scovell Hall space for: -1 Performance Management Consultant -1 IS Tech Support Associate -1 Temporary Employee -1 office space for HR Informatics Analyst -5 cubicle level spaces for Unconscious Bias trainers (will reduce to 2 spaces in Phase 2) 109 109A

123 Scovell – moving out Training and Development retains current space in 123 -122A is converted to a single occupant office for T&D Director -Reduce the number of cubicles in 122 from 5 cubicles to 4 for Training Specialists and Administrative Support Associate -HR Informatics Analyst (124A) vacates to 109A -Career Development (124B) remains in place -Existing space in 124 (current library) remains for two computers -Room to grow: -Large single occupant office could potentially be converted to two cubicles in the future -Space in 123 has an additional cubicle level space open 122A 122 123 124 124B 124A 124C

21 Scovell Hall – moving in -Benefits file cabinets are relocated to room 21 from 115 -Benefits scanning team of 3-4 people move in -1 cubicle and 1 office (21D) used for retirement officer meeting space -2 Records team members, 2 VOE team members and 4 PAR processors remain but cubicles are reconfigured to provide better space 21 21D 21C 21B 21A

105/106 Scovell Hall – moving out Space previously occupied by Mary Beth Bracken is converted to its original intent of Work-Life intern space -Claire Hart (106) and Erika Chambers (105A) remain in their current space

Phase 2 ETA 2016-2017(tentative) Needs to be addressed: – Space for T&D Tech Trainers (currently in McVey) – Private office space for HR Manager in Employment – Additional training/conference space in Scovell – Additional space for Student Employment interviews
