Spring 2015 Scheduling Calendar DateActivity Friday, July 25, 2014Spring 2015 schedule is available through web reports Monday, July 28, 2014Goldmine Scheduling opens for departmental editing. It will remain open for seven weeks. The first draft of the Spring 2015 schedule is due to Registration and Records Office by 12:00 noon. Goldmine Scheduling will close for editing at this time. Monday, September 15, 2014Room assignments begin. Monday, September 29, 2014Schedule is released to departments for final editing. Goldmine Scheduling will not be open for editing during this period. All changes must be submitted to Scheduling through forms available at http://SharePoint.utep.edu http://SharePoint.utep.edu Monday, October 6, 2014Spring 2015 academic schedule is live for students and campus community
