6 The medical adviser must take into account when evaluating the rate of permanent disability  The general condition of the victim  The age  The physical and mental faculties  The skills and professional qualification

7  The injuries caused by the accident are the only ones to be compensated  The aggravation of a previous state by accident at work or an occupational disease is compensated  The assigned rate is increased in case of an injury of a limb or an organ on a subject with the homologous member previously destroyed. 12  When the medical adviser of the National Health Insurance detects a risk of difficulty in the recovery of professional activity and of professional exclusion, he/she contacts : Prevention of professional exclusion The general practitioner of the victim The occupational physician to request an early pre-covery visit The social service to assist the victim in mobilization actions or occupational reclassification
