The fee for RSCP uses a sliding scale based on the number of transactions you receive and create per year. 9. Log On to RSCP for the First Time The following items are covered in this segment. Access to RSCP is controlled by Exostar’s Managed Access Gateway (MAG). When you register with Exostar, your login credentials are sent to you by email. You must complete the ‘first time login’ procedure in order to get started. 15. Password Reset Questions I.Provide answers to four of the password reset questions. You will be asked to provide the same answers if you want to use the automated process to reset your password. Note: Answers are case sensitive if you have to provide them in the future. J.Click Submit – you will be redirected to a ‘Login Successful’ screen and then to the home tab in MAG. 16. Service Agreement Once you are on the home tab in MAG, you will see ‘open application’ (which means you are ready to work in RSCP by clicking the link), or you will see ‘View Service Agreement’. A user with the administrator role must accept the agreement one time, then all users will have access to RSCP.
